An office assistant / data entry clerk will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining accurate information to support our daily operations. This is an entry-level position. The correct candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working with both paperwork and computer systems.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate data records in our internal systems and spreadsheets
Review all documents for accuracy before entering
File and organize electronic and paper records
Assist with basic office duties
Keep and organize bills by due dates
Good Time Management
Clear written and verbal communication
Must be able to follow instructions
Must have previous data entery, clerical or administrative experience
