Our growing company is searching for a Office/Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the Sales team and other departments. The office/sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that orders processing are completed.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Work hours: 7am - 4pm

Duties:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations(no cold calls)
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Answer Phone/email orders. Input, update, and maintain sales orders in system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Electronic Knowledge a plus
  • Will be used as floater to other departments such as shipping
  • Willing to learn and cross-trained

Skills:

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A team player
