*Full Job Description

Responsible for painting/staining cabinet materials such as MDF, Solid Maple/Oak, Veneer, etc. Duties include sanding, priming, staining and/or spraying custom cabinetry and millwork for final assembly, and applying lacquers, sealants, glazers, etc. to obtain desired wood and MDF finishes.

Color Matching: Mix and match stains and paint colors to meet specific customer requirements.

Quality Control: Inspect components for consistency, proper coverage, and quality to ensure the finished piece meets high-end, custom standards.

*Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and repair spray guns, paint pumps, spray booths, and ventilation systems.

*Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, use appropriate PPE (respirators, goggles), and handle, store, and dispose of hazardous materials (paints, solvents) correctly.

*Pay: $22.00 - 27.00
