Skid-Steer Operator Needed en Montebello

Position: Skid-Steer/Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Location: Montebello,CA

Payrate : $20-25 DOE

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Saturdays (8am-1:30pm) REQUIRED

What you'll do:

Operate Bobcat and sit-down forklift equipment safely and efficiently
Maneuver equipment in narrow and confined areas throughout the yard
Load, move, and organize recyclable materials as directed
Assist with general yard operations, including outdoor work in all weather conditions
Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations
Requirements :

2–3 years of experience operating Bobcat
2–3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift (certified)
Ability to drive safely in narrow and tight spaces
Previous outdoor or recycling center experience required
Bilingual (English & Spanish)required
Ability to work 45 hours per week, with mandatory Saturdays
Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to safety
Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
