Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to connect with truck drivers and owner-operators to offer freight factoring and invoice processing services. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, identifying potential clients' needs, and presenting solutions that help them improve cash flow and simplify back-office operations. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with sales experience, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry.
Duties
Make outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators from provided lead lists.
Introduce and explain freight factoring and invoice processing services.
Follow up consistently with interested leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Guide prospects through the full application and onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Meet or exceed weekly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications
They have experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
Must have prior experience or strong knowledge of the transportation/trucking industry.
Understanding of freight loads, rate confirmations, and how factoring companies operate.
Fluent in Spanish (required).
They prove track record in cold calling or phone-based sales, with an aggressive and persistent approach to closing deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
