$1945 : The house has a private yard en Los Angeles

The house has a private (fully fenced in) backyard with large garden areas and trees in addition to the fenced-in front yard. (see photos!) The house comes with a fridge and stove and hook-ups for a washer and dryer. A washer and dryer can be provided if needed (at a slight additional cost). The house is very close to CSU-LA, a park (with a swimming pool), and is also close to ELAC, and many grocery stores (one is only a short walk from the house), and several bus stops. The house is located on a side street (Mandalay Dr.), not a main street, so less traffic. It has beautiful wood floors in the living room and dining room and carpet in all three of the bedrooms.
