Position available: INGREDIENTS MIXER & HELPER

DUTIES:

-Obtain daily raw material sheets from lead person. Insure ingredients are available
-Prepare and label bags and containers
-Inspect and calibrate weighing scale to insure accuracy. Inspect all equipment for cleanliness.
-Help with any duties pending.
-weigh each ingredient based on raw material sheet and place in box
-write lot number of each ingredient on the raw material sheet. Initial each ingredients.
all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Previous experience in food manufacturing industry in processing a plus.
-Knowledge: basic mathematics-addition, subtraction, multiplication; must be able to use a calculator.
-English Language (Speaking/Listening/Writing); Spanish a plus.
-Must be able to read, write and understand the Raw Material Sheet.
-Skills: Communication skills verbal and written, reading comprehension, active listening, problem solving, coordination, service orientation, multitasking.
