Previous Quality Control experience in the produce industry (fruits and vegetables)
Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect product for quality and consistency
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Availability to work early morning shifts (2:00 AM, 3:00 AM, or 4:00 AM)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Must have valid work authorization in the United States (E-Verify)
