We are currently hiring Supervisors and Team Leads for a busy and well-established produce company located in Vernon, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with leadership experience in the produce or food manufacturing industry who are looking for long-term opportunities with growth potential.

✅ Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and production activities in a cold environment
Lead and motivate teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety, and quality standards
Train and support employees in their daily tasks
Monitor product quality and provide direction as needed
Communicate effectively with upper management and cross-functional departments
Ensure timely completion of orders and reports
Assist with staffing coordination and timekeeping

🔍 Requirements:
Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor in the produce or food industry (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Able to work early morning shifts (2:00 AM, 3:00 AM, or 4:00 AM)
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Valid work authorization in the United States
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and overtime
