Warehouse General Labor en Paramount

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
Organize and stock warehouse shelves.
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (if trained/certified).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards.
Assist with inventory counts and quality checks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Basic math and reading skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if needed.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse environment.
May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
