We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support the team during each shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support team members during shifts
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Help ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
  • Oversee the overall care and operation of the restaurant
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Assist with customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Train and motivate staff to provide excellent service
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Be a positive team player and promote a strong work environment

  • Qualifications:
  • Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Team-oriented attitude with leadership abilities
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
  • Must be bilingual in English / Spanish

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to lead by example.

Position Details:
Full-time position
35–40 hours per week
Pay rate: $23 per hour
