Position: Brake Press Operator (1st Shift)
Location: Pico Rivera
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Employment: Temp to Hire with benefits after meeting requirements
Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
Training: Available for entry-level candidates
Requirements:
Experience operating CNC Press Brake machines preferred (Cincinnati Brake experience a plus)
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and technical skills
Ability to read and interpret print drawings
Good math skills, including adding/subtracting fractions
Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic, honest, reliable, and motivated to improve
Job Duties:
Set up and operate press brake machine at full capacity
Adjust machine programs as necessary
Perform periodic quality checks on output
Ensure defect-free finished products
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
Cross-train on other machines or assist in training others
Maintain and clean machines regularly
Keep work area organized and clean
Follow all safety regulations and company standards
