Position: Brake Press Operator — 2nd Shift
Location: Specialty door manufacturing company, Pico Rivera
Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (with overtime and weekend availability)
Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Temp to hire with benefits; training available for entry-level candidates
Requirements:
Experience operating CNC Press Brake machines (Cincinnati Brake experience a plus)
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing environments
Strong mechanical, technical, and math skills (including fraction arithmetic)
Ability to read and interpret print drawings
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Honest, reliable, and hardworking
Job Duties:
Set up and operate the machine at full capacity
Adjust machine programs as needed
Inspect output for defects and ensure quality
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
Assist in cross-training others and follow supervisor instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
