Brake Press Operator – 1st Shift
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (DOE)
Location: Pico Rivera

Company Overview:
Specialty door manufacturing company seeking a motivated Brake Press Operator for 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent benefits and training provided for entry-level candidates.

Shift & Schedule:

Monday to Friday
6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Overtime and weekend work as needed

Requirements:

Experience operating CNC Press Brake machines preferred (Cincinnati Brake experience is a plus)
Background in Lean manufacturing environments preferred
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret print drawings
Good math skills including adding/subtracting fractions
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, able to follow directions, and work independently
Strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty
Willingness to learn and improve continuously

Key Responsibilities:

Proper machine setup and ensuring full operational capacity
Adjusting machine programs as needed
Conducting periodic quality checks on output
Ensuring finished products meet quality standards
Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors
Cross-training on other equipment or assisting in cross-training others
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following all safety regulations and company safety standards
