Solvis Employment Services is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join the team for one of a our clients, this is for busy stable food Company located in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from the sourcing of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. The Supply Chain Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, negotiation, and customer service.

This is a long term position, temp to hire with great benefits after probation period.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are in stock.
Manage the transportation of goods from vendors to customers.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.


Requirements:

Experience ordering ingredients.
Buying different and creating contracts with different vendors.
Highly experience in Excell to run reports.
Food experience a must.
COMPETETIVE PAY RATE DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
