NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR en Commerce

Night Supervisor with a background in electrical transformers for an immediate hire. The ideal candidate possess basic knowledge of electrical transformer fundamentals, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating workflow, conducting regular meetings, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of electrical transformer fundamentals
Manufacturing Management Experince
Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Experience in relaying information between teams and upper management
Proven ability to guide teams through daily activities and projects
Skills:

Advanced team management and leadership
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required
Comfortable working environment with safe noise levels
Schedule: 5pm- 1:30am
