On-Site Apartment Manager

Seeking On-Site Apartment Manager to manage a 48 unit building in the City of Bell.

Applicant must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Have some light maintenance experience and excellent customer service skills. Applicant will be responsible for showing vacant units, collecting rents, passing out necessary notices and upkeeping the cleanliness of the apartment building.
