Mechanic Assistant - Trucks en Compton

Are you passionate about mechanics and looking to grow your skills in the
heavy vehicle industry? We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanic Shop Assistant to join our team, supporting truck maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced workshop.

Assist mechanics with truck diagnostics, maintenance, and
repairs
• Perform basic servicing (oil changes, filter replacements, greasing, etc.)
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools
and parts
• Help move trucks and parts in and out of the workshop.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and assist in maintaining
compliance
• Learn and grow on the job with hands-on experience and mentorship
• May be required to record time, materials, and parts used for each task.

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical knowledge or relevant training (Preferred)
• Eagerness to learn and a good work ethic such as following instructions
and working well in a team.
• Welding abilities are a MUST for this position and excellent handling of
machinery. (under supervision)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Forklift or truck license (a bonus, not essential)
