Customer Service Representative ( Senior Level )
Responsibilities:
- Management of order processing and reporting in ERP system
- Knowledge of production purchase orders, sales purchase orders, EDI, inventory, Invoicing and industry key dates to meet deadlines.
- Must be pro-active with identifying order fulfillment and discrepancies within documentation and overall processes.
- must troubleshoot, correct packing issues and generate UCC-128 labels as needed.
- Must maintain proper communication channels between internal teams ( Merchant, managers, overseas affiliates, quality control, sales and warehouse personnels)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience of customer service in the apparel industry
- MUST have order entry / management and reporting experience
- MUST have some level of logistics background and understanding of warehouse operational functions
- MUST have EDI knowledge
- MUST be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent team player with ability to wear different hats and help as needed
- strong follow up and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of apparel wholesale industry, working with an apparel related ERP system
- Proficient with Microsoft office products
- Experience with Walmart, JC Penney, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Torrid or Belk is preferred.
Shift: 1st
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Location: La Palma
Pay: 50k - 70k ( based on Experience )
