Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (full-time)

Pay Rate: $ 20

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of client interaction and internal coordination. Your work supports the formulation process by ensuring seamless communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle email correspondence with customers and internal teams
Perform accurate data entry and maintain product documentation
Assist in sample preparation and coordination
Edit and proof documents for clarity and completeness
Provide support for onboarding new team members as needed
Maintain organized records and follow internal workflows
Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills (Spanish fluency is a plus)
Proficient in data entry, Excel, and office software
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail
Capable of handling sample prep and documentation tasks
Customer-focused, with a proactive approach to service quality
