Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and other computer applications.
• Accurately input customer orders into the system.
• Provide general office support as needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
