Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data records and supporting various administrative functions. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Must be flexible to work early morning and OT. Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into databases and ERP systems.
Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry.
Collect, organize, and maintain files for easy retrieval of information.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, including the use of pivot tables.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing and general office support.
Ensure data integrity by verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Experience
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
