Domestic Customer Service en Carson

We are curently looking for Domestic Customer Service for the City of Commerce.

Essential Functions:

• Answering of phones professionally and timely.
• Answering and responding to e-mail requests timely

• Accurately complete data entry.

  Maintaining milestones/KPI’s.

  Dispatching of shipments.

• Tracking and tracing of shipments.

• Understanding TSA regulations.

  Support other departments/coworkers when needed.

  Understand and accurately know how to use 7L, KSMS and other resources or tools provided.

  Completion of specific assigned duties/accounts.

  Billing: closing out of shipments timely.

  Clocking in/out daily (including lunch breaks) and maintain lunch/break schedule independently.

  Able to work overtime and weekend on call rotations when required.

  Other duties assigned deemed necessary by the Domestic Manager.

Starting Pay is $22/hour Monday-Friday
