We are looking for a Customer Service Lead to come on board. This position involves being the initial point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions and concerns efficiently via phone and email. A thorough understanding of our company's policies, procedures, and products is essential to deliver top-tier customer support. Responsibilities include keeping the team updated on client requests and project modifications, inputting customer data into our systems for precise record-keeping, and providing general office support to foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
