Swish Cleaning Service

We are looking for a thorough Housekeeper Lead with excellent cleanliness standards to maintain different units throughout LA, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Irvine and Newport Beach. We work with Corporate Housing company and the vendor requires attention to detail. This candidate will be station in Marina Del Rey and will be asked to travel when vendor requests housekeeping or maid services throughout LA or OC. The housekeeper lead will help manage a team of 3-4 team members. They will have major say in their schedule. The lead will be in charge making sure all units are completed. A typical week ranges from 1-3 appointment a day and are open for the vendor 7 days a week. Hours can range from 4-8 hours a day. It is the leads responsibility to cover every shift especially on the weekends. Lead will be asked to work weekends. Lead must have a car, a reliable phone, must be able to carry supplies and an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
Carpet cleaning when needed
Deliver excellent customer service
Create daily job lists, including managing the team.
Maintain equipment in good condition/ stock supplies/ Inventory
Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
Units must be clean thoroughly, help set up lock boxes and amenities.
Guest check out at 11am and check in at 3pm. All units must be completed between those time frames.
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies. Must be able to wear PPE gear when working for company time.
Skills

Proven working experience in relevant field: Hotel or Airbnb
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Helpful with customer service orientation
Prioritisation and time management skills
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Knowledge of English language
High school degree (not required)
Be able to communicate with vendors via email or app.
Be a leader. Lead by example.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
