Food Manufacturing Company in Irwindale CA

3rd shift 10:30pm to 7am

This position works OT (Saturday and/or Sundays)

Able to read, speak, and write in English.

Specific duties:

1. Ability to sanitize food processing equipment

2. Ability to manage chemicals, sanitizers in proper matter.

3. Ability to make chemical tests (titrations, ph. measure, ppm, etc.)

4. Ability to record any sanitation report properly.

5. Ability to follow sanitation procedures, safety rules, GMP’S

Skills required:

1. Ability to understand orders from Supervisors.

2. Ability to read and understand sanitation procedures.

3. Will be Trained in the SQF 2000 System

Physical demand:

1. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

2. Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift
